1. ABOUT DB ASSURANCE GROUP

Insurance products, availability, eligibility, coverage and pricing vary by carrier and state and are subject to applicable licensing requirements, underwriting guidelines and policy terms.
2. INSURANCE QUOTES AND APPLICATIONS
Information and quotes provided through this website, by email, telephone, text message or by an insurance representative are provided for insurance-shopping and application purposes.
A quote is an estimate and is not a guarantee of the final premium, eligibility, coverage or issuance of a policy.
Insurance carriers may verify information including, when permitted and applicable, driving history, claims history, insurance history, vehicle information, property information, credit-based insurance information and other underwriting information.
The final premium, coverage, deductibles, limits, eligibility and policy terms are determined by the applicable insurance carrier.
3. NO COVERAGE BY WEBSITE SUBMISSION
Submitting a quote request, application, payment information or documents through this website does not by itself bind, create, activate or guarantee insurance coverage.
Coverage is effective only when it has been separately confirmed through an authorized insurance binder, policy, declarations page or other valid evidence of coverage issued or confirmed by the applicable insurance carrier or an authorized insurance representative.
Do not cancel existing insurance or assume that new coverage is effective solely because you submitted an application, received a quote, provided payment information or communicated with our agency.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree to notify DB Assurance Group promptly if information provided in connection with your quote or application changes or you discover that it was incorrect or incomplete.
5. PREMIUMS AND UNDERWRITING
Quoted premiums are based on information available at the time of the quote.
Premiums and eligibility may change after the insurance carrier completes underwriting or obtains additional information.
DB Assurance Group does not control the underwriting decisions, rates, eligibility requirements, policy forms or claim decisions of insurance carriers.
The policy and documents issued by the insurance carrier govern the actual insurance coverage.
6. FEES
DB Assurance Group may charge an agency, broker, administrative, service or other fee where permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable agency fee will be disclosed as required before it is charged.
If an applicable $50 broker cancellation fee has been disclosed and agreed to in connection with a transaction, that fee may apply when a policy is cancelled before its scheduled expiration date, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed to the customer.
Agency or broker fees are separate from premiums, fees or charges imposed by an insurance carrier.
7. POLICY CANCELLATION, NONRENEWAL AND REFUNDS
Policy cancellation and nonrenewal are governed by the insurance policy, applicable insurance carrier rules and applicable state law.
Any premium refund resulting from cancellation is calculated according to the applicable policy, carrier rules and law.
DB Assurance Group does not guarantee the amount or timing of a premium refund issued by an insurance carrier.
Agency or broker fees, when lawfully charged, may be treated separately from insurance premium refunds subject to the applicable disclosure, agreement and law.
8. POLICY DOCUMENTS
Customers are responsible for reviewing their insurance documents, including declarations pages, coverage limits, deductibles, exclusions, endorsements, identification cards and other policy documents.
If you believe information in your policy is incorrect or the coverage does not reflect what you requested, please contact DB Assurance Group promptly.
The actual insurance policy and endorsements issued by the insurance carrier control in the event of any difference between information on this website, a quote, general explanation or other communication and the terms of the policy.
9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you provide an email address or telephone number and communicate with DB Assurance Group electronically, you authorize us to respond and communicate with you regarding your quote, application, policy or service request through appropriate electronic methods, subject to applicable law and any consent requirements that may apply.
Electronic communications may include quote information, requests for documents, application information, policy-related communications and customer-service communications.
Providing contact information does not require DB Assurance Group or an insurance carrier to issue coverage.
10. THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE CARRIERS AND SERVICES
DB Assurance Group works with third-party insurance carriers and may use third-party technology or service providers in connection with quotes, applications, payments and policy servicing.
DB Assurance Group does not own or control third-party insurance carrier websites, systems, underwriting processes or claims operations.
Use of a carrier's or other third party's website or service may be subject to that party's separate terms and privacy practices.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, insurance laws, carrier requirements, products, rates and coverage options may change.
